This website is run by Onconsult Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 05916920; registered office First Floor Radius House, 51 Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1HP). Onconsult Limited is the data controller for the personal information described here, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration reference ZA494695).

This notice covers this website and its contact form. If we go on to work together, you'll receive separate information about how coaching records are handled.

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, your email address and your message. If you email me directly, I receive whatever you choose to include.

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Like any website, the hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service. Fonts and all other files are served from this site itself, so your browser doesn't contact third-party services such as Google when you visit.

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you'd like, to arrange an introductory call. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me, or taking steps you've asked for before we agree to work together.

I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't sell or share your information for marketing.

A small number of service providers handle your information on my behalf, under contract: Vercel (website hosting and the contact form), Resend (delivering form messages to my inbox) and Microsoft (my email, through Microsoft 365).

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States or elsewhere outside the UK. Where that happens, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as approved contract clauses or the UK–US data bridge.

Contact form messages and related email correspondence are kept for up to 12 months from our last contact, then deleted. If we go on to work together, your information is then held under the terms we agree at that point.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, and to ask me to correct it, delete it, restrict how I use it or object to my using it. To do any of these, email cjm@onconsult.ai. I'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. I'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact me too.
